Follow SOPs and professional conduct.

Ability to work under pressure on construction projects.

Responsibilities

Mentor Project Assistants and Project Managers.
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
Liaise with clients and A/E to coordinate construction activities.
Anticipate and address potential issues with corrective actions.
Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Prepare monthly costing reports.
Manage contract finances to protect company interests and maintain client relations.
Develop new business opportunities.
Other duties as assigned by the business unit.
