Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, equipment, and methods; safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants, PM I, and PM II; set objectives and standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; liaise with client and A/E.
• Support construction activities to keep project on schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports; manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities; represent the company in meetings.
