Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager III in the United States who will oversee the direction, scope, and financial outcome of electrical construction projects. You will mentor junior PMs and coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 8+ years of PM experience, and a proactive, safety‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• PE license a plus.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to Project Assistants and lower PMs.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of change orders.
• Liaise with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities with the on-site team to meet schedule and budget.
• Anticipate and prevent potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
