Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will mentor junior PMs, establish objectives and policies, and oversee change orders while coordinating with clients and A/E teams.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, cost control, and proactive risk mitigation. With 8+ years in project management, you will manage contracts, tracking progress, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction; knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants, PM I, and PM II as an individual contributor.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders.
• Liaise with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities; support on-site teams to keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Anticipate and prevent potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company on meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests and maintain client relations.
• Develop new business opportunities.
