Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for a regional single-family home builder serving Monroe and Charlotte, NC. You will lead on-site construction from design through close-out, coordinating subs, scheduling, safety, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in residential construction, handling 8–10 projects with homes in the $525k–$625k range. A strong path for growth and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Ability to manage 8–10 projects concurrently with home values up to $525k–$625k.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site construction management from design to C/O, subs selection, and scheduling.
