Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for residential new construction in the Monroe/Charlotte, NC area.

You will lead on-site project execution from design through turnover, coordinating trades and ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential ops, a proven ability to manage 8–10 homes simultaneously, and strong communication with owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven track record leading 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design and pre-con to contracts, safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while monitoring quality.
