The candidate will oversee multiple residential projects, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and drive design-to-construction processes with emphasis on budget, schedule, and quality. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building preferred).
• 4+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design/precon through scheduling and safety.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality.
