Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction. You will provide PM support for several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM direction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields and at least 3 years of PM experience in construction. The role involves on-site work with travel up to 25% and a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency with project planning and cost control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, plan, coordinate, and resolve issues.
• Provide PM expertise to scope, schedule, and resources for successful completion.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans and bid forms review.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
