Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Texas seeks a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service.

This senior PM role manages two to four concurrent small/medium crew projects, or one to two large crew projects, with mentoring responsibilities for staff. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two large crew projects.
• Mentor and train Project Assistants and junior PMs.
• Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Negotiate change orders and track costs and schedules.
• Coordinate with client, A/E, and on-site teams to stay on schedule and budget.
