Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects from planning through closeout. You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with clients and A/E, and drive schedule adherence, cost control, safety, and quality on active sites.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, a bachelor’s in a related field, and proficiency with construction technology and scheduling. Travel up to 25% is expected. Rosendin offers ownership culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
PE license a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
Education/experience can be combined.

Responsibilities

Mentor Project Assistants and junior PMs.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
Principal liaison with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities; support onsite team to stay on schedule and within budget.
Anticipate and prevent potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare monthly costing reports.
Manage the financial aspects of contracts (billing, rental equipment, income/expenses).
Develops new business opportunities.
