Job summary

The role requires a four-year degree in Construction Management or related field and 8+ years of experience, including self-perform work.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with owners, owner’s representatives, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Estimating and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development leadership.
• Manage all project aspects including cost, schedule, and quality.
• Mentor and coach project management staff.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Develop CPM schedules and manage RFI/shop drawings process.
• Oversee cost control, subcontract management, and close-out activities.
