Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead comprehensive preconstruction services across diverse complex projects. You will bridge owners, design teams, and contractors, guiding budgets, scope, and early design decisions to secure GMPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 15 years of experience with large and complex projects.
Registered Architect or PE and LEED Accredited Professional preferred.
Experience with negotiated, CM at Risk, design-build or other delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction efforts across multiple projects from conception through Design Development and GMP.
Coordinate interfaces between owners, architects, engineers, contractors and McGough staff.
Develop project budgets, scopes and conceptual design concepts for early alignment.
Provide input into programming, space planning and design management activities.
Support risk management and QA/QC through constructability reviews and scheduling.
