Qualifications

• Construction Management or related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development: support understanding of prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and assist in preconstruction meetings.
• Assist with CPM scheduling and Last Planner system integration.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFI processing, and submittals.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support cost control, documentation, and project closeout processes.
