Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC in Helena, MT seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relations, coordinating owners, designers, and field teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 5+ years of PM experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and scheduling software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction risk management principles.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities.
• Assist pursuit teams in understanding project opportunities and client requirements.
• Participate in client interviews and preconstruction meetings.
• Support QA/QC review processes and project planning.
• Understand and perform quantity take-offs and assist in estimating labor, materials and equipment.
• Assist with creating CPM schedules and updating project schedules.
