Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial projects across Colorado. Based in Frederick, CO, this role requires on-site leadership with regular travel to Front Range sites and relocation if needed.

You will drive preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships, and mentor project teams. ESOP ownership and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a salary range of $120k–$160k.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial construction PM with budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Experience leading complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, forecasts, cost-to-complete, and cash flow.
• Develop schedules with Superintendents and coordinate teams to resolve issues.
• Manage client relationships and communications with owners, districts, architects, and engineers.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistants, and Project Engineers.
