Job summary
Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects across Colorado. The role emphasizes ownership of preconstruction through closeout, strong financial performance, and client relationships.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience leading complex municipal/public-sector projects (K–12, higher ed, fire, gov facilities).
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relocate to Colorado and travel to Front Range job sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and performance expectations.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting to protect profitability.
- Maintain strong owner and stakeholder relationships and supervise project teams.
