Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of progressive commercial construction PM experience including budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
• Proven success leading complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Set budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations to meet project goals.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and provide executive-level reporting and risk management.
