Job summary

Henderson Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead project execution across multiple market sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue.

You will collaborate with Henderson Building Solutions to deliver superior client experiences, manage budgets, proposals, and bid processes, and ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience in the AEC or Professional Services industry considered in lieu of education.
• At least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Ability to nurture client and staff relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger/more complex projects.
• Assist with development of proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Manage bid processes.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables on assigned projects; support larger projects as needed.
• Manage client service and project communication.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet project objectives and quality expectations.
