Henderson Engineers in Henderson, NV is seeking a senior project manager to lead multi-sector projects and mentor teams across our six market sectors. You will oversee proposals, budgets, and client communications to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while fostering relationships and business development opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PM experience, engineering acumen, and a track record of delivering complex projects in the AEC industry with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred; 4 years of relevant experience in AEC/Professional Services may substitute education.
• 14 years of relevant experience required, including at least 10 years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution; knowledge of building design and construction principles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
• Manage the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, delegating as needed.
• Manage client service and project communication throughout the project life cycle.
