Job summary

Henderson Engineers, Inc. is seeking a project manager to deliver strong client experiences across multiple market sectors in Plano, TX. You will lead project execution, budgets, bids, and deliverables, coordinating with design teams and stakeholders to meet quality and schedule goals.

Ideal candidates bring a solid PM background, relevant AEC/Professional Services experience, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business.
• 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
• 8 years of relevant experience required, including at least 4 years cumulative project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects.
• Assist with the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Manage the bid processes and plan project deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the project process and engineering work product.
