Henderson Engineers is seeking a Project Manager I to provide oversight and coordination of projects with medium to large scope. You will lead project teams, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and a proven ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry may substitute for requisite education.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution required.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in core competencies and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of project execution and client experience.
• Develops project contracts, budgets, and proposals; may support larger projects.
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables and communications.
• Manages client service and project communication to ensure satisfaction.
