Job summary

Henderson Engineers, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects across Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue sectors, leveraging our Henderson Building Solutions collaboration to ensure seamless client experiences.

You will manage project execution, proposals, budgets, and schedules, maintain client communications, monitor finances, uphold quality standards, and support fees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred. 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
• Have5 yearsof relevant experience with design and/or construction on a variety of commercial building projects.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects; may support larger/more complex projects.
• Assist with the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Manage the bid processes.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables on assigned projects; may support planning and coordination on larger/more complex projects.
• Manage client service and project communication.
