Job summary

Henderson Engineers is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑risk, complex projects and programs with autonomy. You will drive project performance, manage risk and finances, and maintain key client relationships while guiding less experienced team members.

You will also mentor PMs, advance business growth through strategic client engagement, and partner with leadership to deliver high‑quality outcomes across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience, including 13 years in project management; 16+ years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑risk, complex projects with autonomy and accountability.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, pricing strategies, and negotiations with senior clients.
• Direct delivery across internal and external teams; ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Manage client relationships, strategy, and leadership representation.
• Direct financial strategy across project lifecycles; forecast long-term impacts.
• Ensure quality standards and risk mitigation across portfolios and projects.
• Shape client engagement strategies and pursue sector growth opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop PM talent within the firm.
