Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a dedicated Project Manager I to oversee medium to large projects, coordinating teams and ensuring successful execution. You will lead client communication, manage budgets, and drive quality outcomes across the program lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in design and construction principles, and a track record of collaboration and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred; 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 8 years of relevant experience required, including at least 4 years in project management.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution is required.
• Solid understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Project management certification is preferred.
• Professional licensure (PE) recommended.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution and client experience.
• Develop project proposals, contracts and budgets; may support proposals on larger projects.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables.
• Manage client service and project communication.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure overall project performance.
