Job summary

Henderson Engineers in Philadelphia is seeking a Project Manager to lead project execution across our six market sectors, merging engineering expertise with field experience from Henderson Building Solutions. You will drive client satisfaction, budgets, schedules, and performance on commercial projects, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes proposal development, bid management, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology or business preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience in the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of education.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution and client experience on assigned projects.
• Develop proposals, contracts, and budgets; manage bid processes.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables and schedules.
• Maintain client communications and ensure budgets/quality targets are met.
• Monitor project performance, resolve conflicts, and lead design/drafting where needed.
• Serve as primary project contact and brand ambassador; travel for site visits as required.
