Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise all aspects of building solutions projects in Tulsa, OK. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or equivalent experience of 4+ years in a project coordination or management role.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions such as HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm, or Access Control systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in project management tools (Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and act as the main contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor milestones, ensure proper documentation, and report to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards and client specs.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and align resources with timelines.
