Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise all aspects of assigned projects in the solutions business, including new construction, renovations, upgrades, tenant improvements, and service upgrades. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and customer relations to ensure success.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions such as HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm, or Access Control systems.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and cost tracking/forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risks for projects with moderate complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination efforts, including contract review, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main contact for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones and ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, contracts, records) and prepare status reports.
• Identify and pursue change order opportunities and ensure changes are tracked in financials.
