Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC in the New York area seeks a Project Manager to lead and supervise projects across new construction, renovations, upgrades, and tenant improvements. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relations to ensure on-time delivery and financial success.

Collaborating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders, you will own project milestones, documentation, risk management, and quality control, while enforcing safety and compliance

Qualifications

• PM with responsibility for timelines, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage documentation, change orders, and risk across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as main point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Identify, estimate, and pursue change orders while aligning with project financials.
