Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and supervise complex building solutions projects in the Baltimore area, including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. You will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and client relationships to ensure successful, on-time delivery and financial outcomes.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance. Travel to Ft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience delivering building solutions (HVAC, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contract review, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary liaison for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones and ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Own project deliverables, ensure quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee change orders, procurement, and subcontractor management to align with timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for leadership and operations teams.
