Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Building Automation projects across multiple sites. You will oversee Project Managers andAssistant Project Managers, drive project revenue forecasts, and coordinate with sales for estimates while ensuring the right resources are allocated.

The role emphasizes leadership of a growing team, with focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, reporting to the Operations Manager at the Sterling, VA location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Building Automation construction projects.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience coaching and mentoring direct reports.
• Familiarity with Automated Logic and Building Automation Systems required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of Building Automation projects and manage project managers.
• Forecast and track project revenues and support sales estimates.
• Ensure resources are identified and allocated effectively.
• Drive business development and client retention through technical capability and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
