Job summary

Albireo Energy seeks a Project Manager to lead projects across NY/NJ, including new construction, renovations and service upgrades. You will drive timelines, budgets, resources and client relations to ensure successful delivery and financial outcomes.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors, reporting progress, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in building solutions.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, BMS, fire alarm or access control systems.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage procurement, scheduling and resources for multiple teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, clients and internal teams as the main contact.
• Monitor milestones and maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee change orders and financial tracking against budgets.
• Prepare status reports for senior leadership.
