Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise projects in the Baltimore area, including new construction, renovations, and service upgrades. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and customer relations to ensure high satisfaction and favorable financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope. The role supports Ft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions (HVAC, BMS, Fire, Access).
• Solid understanding of building systems and familiarity with cost tracking and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as main contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor milestones, ensure proper documentation, and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiate contracts and change orders, align resources with timelines.
• Prepare monthly revenue and expense reports, adhere to SOV and AIA billing processes.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, contracts, As-Built) and ensure traceability.
• Identify and pursue change order opportunities; manage their financial impact.
• Support procurement and inventory to ensure timely availability of materials.
