Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and supervise a range of solutions projects in the NY/NJ area, including new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and service upgrades. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relations to deliver on scope and maximize financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions such as HVAC controls, BMS, fire alarm, or access control.
• Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contracts, procurement, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Track milestones, documentation, reporting and ensure quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee change orders, negotiations and integration into project financials.
• Specify, order and track project materials; manage tools and equipment.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee startup, installation, commissioning and turnover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations and promote safety culture.
• Maintain client relations and provide regular project updates and problem resolution.
