You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, handle contracts and change orders, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve high satisfaction and favorable financial outcomes. This role supports NY/NJ area and requires strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of building systems and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contracts, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor milestones and maintain documentation and reporting.
