Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise building solutions projects in the NY/NJ area. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relations to ensure successful delivery that meets scope and quality.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience in building systems and proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office. Collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; 4+ years in PM or coordination.
• 5–7 years PM experience in building solutions (HVAC, BMS, Fire Alarm, or Access Control).
• Strong knowledge of building systems; proficient with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones, document progress, and report to stakeholders with timely updates.
• Manage change orders, risks, and compliance to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Prepare detailed status reports for senior staff and executives.
• Support turnover documentation, including design documents and training.
