Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning to delivery.

You will partner with clients, engineering teams, and senior leadership to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery that meets the highest technical standards. Strong BAS/HVAC, financial oversight, and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project or program management, ideally in BAS or MEP environments.
• OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two (2) years is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance — scope, budget, schedule, and quality — with monthly reporting to executives.
• Oversee contract documentation, change orders, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to build trust and manage expectations as primary escalation point.
• Evaluate engineering designs, submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
• Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Divcon's internal systems and safety standards.
