Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning to final delivery.

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in construction management, BAS/HVAC systems, and organizational leadership to ensure on‑time, in‑budget delivery that meets the highest technical standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project or program management (BAS or MEP).
• Lead cross-functional teams on high-value, multi-phase projects.
• Deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical/commissioning systems.
• Experience with financial oversight, reporting, and resource planning.
• OSHA 30 certification within the past 2 years; training provided if not current.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance — scope, budget, schedule, and quality with monthly reporting.
• Oversee all contract documentation, change orders, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to build trust and manage expectations as primary escalation point.
• Evaluate engineering designs, submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
• Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality.
