Job summary

Divcon seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex BAS building automation projects nationwide from planning to delivery. You will drive strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget execution that meets high technical standards.

You will partner with clients, engineers, and senior leadership while managing risk, change orders, and procurement across multi-site programs. Strong leadership and HVAC/BAS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project or program management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value, multi-phase projects
• Deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical/commissioning systems
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial oversight, reporting, and resource planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—from technicians to C-suite
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and MS Project and financial tools
• OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two years
• OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be completed within the first week if not current

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance—scope, budget, schedule, and quality— with monthly reporting to executives.
• Oversee contract documentation, change orders, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as escalation point.
• Evaluate and approve engineering designs, submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
• Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Divcon’s internal systems, safety standards, and documentation protocols.
