Job summary

Divcon Controls is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning through delivery.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in construction management, BAS/HVAC systems, and organizational leadership, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery that meets high technical standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project or program management, ideally in BAS or MEP environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value, multi-phase projects.
• OSHA 30 certification current; if not, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be completed within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client requirements.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance—scope, budget, schedule, and quality—and deliver monthly financial and milestone reporting to senior executives.
• Oversee all contract documentation, change order management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary point of escalation.
• Evaluate and approve engineering designs, technical submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
