Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning to delivery.

This role requires deep expertise in BAS/HVAC systems, construction management, and organizational leadership. You will partner with clients, engineering teams, and senior leadership to ensure on‑time, in‑budget delivery that meets the highest technical standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project or program management (BAS or MEP preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value, multi-phase projects.
• Deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical/commissioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance—scope, budget, schedule, and quality—and deliver monthly reporting to executives.
• Oversee all contract documentation, change orders, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary escalation point.
• Evaluate and approve engineering designs, submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
• Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Divcon’s internal systems and safety standards.
