Job summary

Divcon seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive multi-site building automation projects, coordinating engineering teams and field staff while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery to meet the highest technical standards.

You will partner with clients, executives, and counsel to manage scope, risk, and quality, leveraging BAS/HVAC expertise and strong leadership to deliver complex solutions across sites. This role requires travel to job sites and a track record of excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project or program management, ideally in BAS or MEP environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value, multi-phase projects.
• Deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical/commissioning systems.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial oversight, reporting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — from technicians to C-suite.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and financial tools.
• OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two (2) years is required; training provided if not current.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client requirements.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Own project portfolio performance — scope, budget, schedule, and quality — and deliver monthly financial and milestone reporting to senior executives.
• Oversee all contract documentation, change order management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary point of escalation.
• Evaluate and approve engineering designs, technical submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
