Job summary

Divcon Controls is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex BAS construction projects across multiple sites in the US. You will guide strategy, coordinate engineering teams, and manage stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery to the highest technical standards.

The role requires 7+ years in construction management with expertise in BAS/HVAC systems, strong leadership, and robust financial oversight. Proficiency with Procore and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project or program management, preferably BAS or MEP.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on high-value, multi-phase projects.
• Deep knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and electrical systems.
• Strong business acumen with financial oversight and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across BAS construction projects.
• Direct and mentor project teams including field staff, engineers, and subs.
• Own portfolio performance: scope, budget, schedule, quality, reporting.
• Oversee contract docs, changes, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and escalation.
• Approve engineering designs, submittals, and BoMs for compliance.
• Mitigate risk through planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Standardize best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
