Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA, seeks a Project Manager II to drive complex Drug Product projects for key clients. You will create and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

You will lead client meetings, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in Biotech/Pharma or CMO, 2+ years PM experience, and MS Office/PM tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences or business.
• 5+ years of Biotech/Pharma or CMO experience.
• 2+ years in Project Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and PowerPoint.
• MS-Project or Smartsheet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and track contract deliverables.
• Lead client and cross-functional project meetings.
• Communicate schedules and project scope across stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve resource, technical, or scheduling constraints.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Track and forecast revenue-generating activities.
• Collaborate with Sales to build long-term client relationships.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
