Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manager, Project Management to oversee drug product manufacturing projects and support key clients and internal objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans and timelines, manage budget and resources, and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards.

Mentorship of PM staff and strategic alignment with business goals are essential. The role requires strong leadership, extensive Biotech/Pharma experience, and proficiency in PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in Biotech/Pharma industry or CDMO.
• Minimum of five (5) years in Project Management.
• PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile fill/finish and/or lyophilization is a plus.
• Strong leadership in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of project management professionals and provides feedback regularly.
• Provides strategic leadership and operational support to the site PM team.
• Streamlines project management methodology to maximize efficiencies.
• Maintains client project statuses and coordinates solutions for issues.
• Develops risk assessments and proposes options with impact statements.
• Mentors other Project Managers on PM processes as needed.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and scope.
