Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego seeks a Lead Global Project Manager to oversee clinical customer projects and coordinate between PCI US and PCI UK for global studies. You will guide the project team, manage budgets, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will mentor PMs, interact with clients, and drive continuous improvement in study execution while adhering to cGMP and cGCP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1–5 years related experience.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform complex computations.
• Proficiency with standard software tools and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for assigned clinical studies using formal planning tools and communicate milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact for clinical packaging activities and relationship management.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise Clinical Project Managers and Associate Clinical Project Managers.
• Lead Clinical Project Team and Technical Kick-Off Meetings for assigned projects.
• Assess protocols, study specifications, and contracts to mitigate risk and ensure client satisfaction.
