Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in New Hampshire is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex Drug Product projects for key clients. You will plan, implement, and drive cross-functional initiatives, coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality standards with internal and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Biotech/Pharma or CMO and at least 2 years in Project Management, plus strong communication and leadership skills to align multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Master's degree in life sciences or business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Biotech/Pharma or CMO experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Project Management.
• Strong MS Office skills; proficiency with MS-Project and Smartsheet is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and track contract deliverables.
• Host project meetings and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate project scope and schedules across functional groups.
• Identify and resolve resource, technical, or scheduling constraints.
• Manage customer projects according to PM methodologies.
• Forecast revenue-generating activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality standards.
