Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Project Manager to manage designated customer projects, serving as the primary relationship contact to ensure goals within time frames and budget, while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role supports business development, contracts, and expenses, guiding a project team to successful outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years related experience.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Strong computer skills for complex tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program management for assigned projects using appropriate planning tools.
• Communicate milestones and timelines, assign responsibilities, ensure deliverables.
• Serve as primary customer contact for timeline, budget, and inquiries.
• Support Business Development with quotes/proposals accuracy.
• Assist with customer contracts during project development.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing authorizations and pricing.
• Lead project teams and kick-off meetings; manage expenses vs. budget.
• Prepare and review internal specifications for packaging components and processes.
• Provide recommendations for packaging design and specification management.
• Mentor and supervise Associate Project Managers.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement after projects.
