PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-level drug product project management efforts for key clients. You will drive planning, timelines, budgets and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in Biotech/Pharma or CMO and 2+ years in PM, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Competitive salary with bonus eligibility and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in life sciences or business.
• Minimum 5 years in Biotech/Pharma or CMO with at least 2 years in Project Management.
• Strong computer skills incl. MS Office; MS-Project/Smartsheet preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Responsabilités

• Develop project timelines and track contract deliverables.
• Host project meetings and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients and all functions to clarify schedules and scope.
• Identify and resolve resource, technical or scheduling constraints with risk assessments.
• Host client visits and manage deviations affecting deliverables or timelines.
• Ensure projects finish on time, within budget and within scope.
