PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead drug product manufacturing projects. You will drive planning, decision-making and implementation strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires seven years in Biotech/Pharma with five years in project management, and a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in life sciences or business. CDMO experience and PMP are desirable. Travel<10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences or business discipline preferred.
• PMP or other PM certification is preferred.

• Leads a team of project management professionals and provides regular feedback.
• Provides strategic leadership and operational support to the site PM team.
• Streamlines project management processes to maximize efficiencies.
• Maintains oversight of client project statuses and issues, escalating as needed.
• Develops risk assessments and proposes solutions with impact statements.
• Mentors PMs and supports technical/PM processes as needed.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and scope.
• Tracks revenue-related activities and coordinates with finance on invoicing.
