Togetherwork is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Austin, TX (Hybrid) or remotely in the US. You will own end-to-end delivery of large, complex customer projects, coordinate multi-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with customer objectives and company strategy.

You will mentor Project Managers, drive delivery maturity, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strict governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional project management experience.
• Advanced expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and financial acumen with delivery economics.
• Proactive, accountable, and outcomes-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or high-risk customer projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
• Ensure scope control, change management, and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and drive recovery plans for at-risk projects.
• Escalate with clear recommendations and options.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for senior customer stakeholders.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Uphold PMO standards, methodologies, governance, and quality.
